We
know that circumstances may arise causing you to delay your visit.
Please notify us as soon as possible in case such a situation should
occur.
The following terms apply to all cancellations:
For
reservations that are cancelled three (3) months or more in advance,
the client will receive a full refund of deposit paid.
For
reservations that are cancelled thirty days in advance, the client
will receive a refund less 10%, based on the total cost of the reservation.
For
reservations cancelled two (2) weeks in advance, the client will receive
a refund less 25%, based on the total cost of the reservation.
For
reservations cancelled seven (7) days in advance, the client will
receive a refund less 30%, based on the total cost of the reservation.
N.B.
Reservations cancelled seven (7) days in advance on holidays or in
peak season; there will be no refund of deposit paid.
